Regular board meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 PM at the Coal Creek Canyon Community Hall, 31528 State Highway 72, Golden, Colorado. Board meetings are open to the public.

GOCO Grant Awarded

Greater Outdoors Colorado (GOCO) has awarded CCCPRD a grant of $133,844.00 to improve the turf field at the Coal Creek Canyon K-8 School thanks to the work of Meghan Morrissey, Chris Gosnell, and Linda Martin. The Board is pleased to be able to move forward with improvements in the community.

LEGAL NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) TO FURNISH MATERIALS AND LABOR FOR INSTALLATION OF ARTIFICIAL TURF FIELD WITH OPPORTUNITY TO PROVIDE QUOTATION ON ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS: 1) Supply and Installation of Artificial Turf, 2) Supply and Delivery of Aggregate Material, 3) Grading, Retaining Walls and Drainage, 4) Fence Removal, Relocation and Installation. Proposals due March 1, 2012. Pre-proposal Q&A Session: February 15, 2012.
